lilSoldier
Hi all, I have recently installed OSX 10.4.6 on my PC, and i have plugged into my PCI slots a 56k modem and a belkin wireless adaptor. Both of these work in Vista, but they don't seem to be picked up in mac. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as it is virtually useless without internet! If it helps, my specs are shown below: Motherboard - MSI K8T Neo-V RAM - 512MB Graphics - ATI Radeon 9550 Pro CPU - AMD Sempron 64 3000+ HDD - 80GB DiamondMax 9 OS - Windows Vista Home Premium and Mac OSX 10.4.6 Optical Drives - Sony DVDRW drive, 52xCDRW drive Thanks again for any help

sarahbau
I doubt you'll get the modem working. There aren't any PCI modems for OS X that I know of, so there won't be drivers for it. As for the wireless, I know a lot of people have trouble getting wireless cards to work. I think only a couple brands work.
