kuau Posted May 16, 2007 Share Posted May 16, 2007 I can't seem to get any USB 2.x devices to work. I am using a Intel D915EV mother board. I have applied the "jas usb 10.4.8" fix on the dvd and I nstalled the apple's usb patch from the developer sight. This fixed USB 1.0 stuff, my usb keyboard and mouse now work, before only PS2 KB and mouse and since I have an older Apple USB kb I can plug in another usb device to the KB this works but only at USB 1.0 speeds. sadiekiller Posted May 16, 2007 Share Posted May 16, 2007 yeah I had issues with that too. the first time I installed the OS i used the usbfix and then the apple dev one, like you, but it still didn't work. then i reinstalled with no usbfix on the disk and did the apple dev thing and it worked fine. try that. I can't get usb2, only usb1 since 10.4.7 on my laptop. the bios is really poor about that, I can only disabling legacy... but still with usb1. wonder if someone how knows about kext developpement to try to see why on buggy bios, ehci can't work.
