To do what you suggest, you'd have to somehow transcribe a rather large MySQL database into HTML etc., and somehow recode this entire forum system to not access its data from MySQL. Impossible and impractical. Also highly inefficient, as it'd result in a very large file or set of files which would, at best, be current for maybe an hour or so.
