Which programs won't work on Osx86?

As the title reads, after successfully installing 10.4.8/9, what software/updates should be avoided to keep our systems running properly?

 

Is there a list of "approved" software for us OSx86 users?

Best to avoid Rosetta-apps as this tends to crash the system regularly (especially certain 10.4.8 configurations)

 

Universal or Intel apps are also speed-optimised ad prefered.

 

Mostly PPC-games will give you headaches :-)

Sometimes applications that uses OpenGL with GMA900 on Pentium 4 HT crash.

My mother board (which will arrive this week:)) is an Asus P5LD2-VM with an E6600 Core 2 Duo and nVidea 7300GT graphics. I want this to be a good solid reliable system.

 

Is it correct I should avoid any "official" Apple updates?
