With old image (10.4.1) i installed with VMware, cd rom = Daemon tools BuT now it dont work! macgirl Posted November 27, 2005 Share Posted November 27, 2005 Mount with Daemon Tools, install VMWare and add your Physical Disk/Partition, add CDROM drive letter of the Daemon Tools to a FreeBSD Virtual machine. btarrh Posted November 27, 2005 Share Posted November 27, 2005 I am really new at this stuff. I downloaded the OS X X86 and burned it to a DVD. I booted from it and I get a circle with a slash through it. I booted using the –v and it says “still waiting for root device”. This message cycles about every thirty seconds. I have checked my hard ware to the incompatible list and I don’t see anything there so I am still hopeful.
