maxam79 Posted April 20, 2007 Share Posted April 20, 2007 I successfully have this card up and running using Natit kext. However I am stumped how to enable Quartz. I've read posts of it running under this card, but can't for the life of me work it out. Has anybody had success or are able to inform how to enable Quartz? four! Posted April 20, 2007 Share Posted April 20, 2007 I had the AMD-1048.iso file and when I installed it my GeForce 7650GS worked straight away. Maybe try that ISO and select the NV40 option in the package selection I have the PCIe version though. Maybe that is where the problem lies. maxam79 Posted April 20, 2007 Author Share Posted April 20, 2007 I have the Intel 10.4.8 JAS installed. With the following kexts: NVDAResman, NVDANV40HAL, Natit edited with device ID 0x02e010de. Also GeForce.kext. All other GeForce kexts removed. Anyone else with a similar setup? CoolBits Posted April 20, 2007 Share Posted April 20, 2007 You need geforceGA.plugin too for QE to work... just put all nvidia kexts back, its better. It only loads whats needed.
