ByteWorkz Posted April 10, 2007 Share Posted April 10, 2007 Hi all, I was updating from (my fully working) 10.4.6 to 10.4.8, for Creative Suite 3. The update worked fine, and used callisto b006 to change my resolution to 1440x900, worked out great... no problems yet. After that I tried the koverg patch to get QE & CI working (the same one I always used for 10.4.6), after rebooting I get a black screen. And the system isn't doing anything anymore. I'm not sure which dvd I used JaS.10.4.8.AMD.Intel.SSE2.SSE3 or Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD - Intel - SSE2 - SSE3 with PPF1 amp. I'm 90% sure it's the first one. See my sig for system specs. (so no reinstalling) Damn I'm at work right now so don't have time to test, this is also the reason why i'm searching as much as I useally would do.
