Yeah, I've seen that before. Stupid religious lawyers! :rolleyes:

 

no, religious or not.... thats like saying we warranty your product except if something natural happens that makes it happen to stop working..... now what does natural mean.... if the lithium ion battery happens to be a lemon.... and of the lithium ion battery's that don't last more then a month, your screwed(its not always a defect really, some can be considered natural...).... its kinda like canceling the whole idea of saying there was warranty:P....

Wow, didn't look at it that way.

 

So, if your battery up and explodes, they could claim it was an act of God and invalidate the supposed "warranty". Damn, what companies will do to make a buck these days.

 

I can't be 100% sure but its my take on it.... cause, for instance theres this one move I think called The Man Who Sued God; in which a man after his boat house is struck by lightning and insurance claims that it was an "act of god".... he sues God and I think apparently wins the case:P, don't ask I haven't watched it as of yet just read about it...
