I hope this is just is another rumor, I really want to see Leopard out soon, I don't see Apple delaying Leopard for 6 month just to add support for Vista.

Apple is expected to launch its next generation Leopard operating system (OS) in April, but according to industry sources, the release of the new OS will be postponed to October to allow Apple to make Leopard support Windows Vista through an integrated version of its Boot Camp software.

Exactly what I Thought, Written rather poorly. I Think they might be trying to Say that Leopard will Support Bootcamp and an Instance of Vista running at same time as OS X Leopard...

Now that would be cool.

This doesn't make anysense postpone an os just to write a bunch of vista drivers for common hardware. I don't buy it at all. Maybe they finally figured out that leopard would be such a giant failure without adding new features and a new gui

I'd highly doubt that they are waiting on bug fixes with bootcamp concerning Vista. Apple wouldn't be taking such jabs at Vista in their ads if they thought Vista support was such a big marketing tool. Don't get me wrong, Windows support is a selling feature, I just don't think they'd delay Leo over it since most people will still be on XP for quite a while. There is no reason why they couldn't just fix any Vista issues in a quick update as soon as it's ready. Besides, even if Apple did delay Leopard for another 6 months. It's not like we'd be waiting 5 years for it. <_<
