Tyler Morgan Posted March 21, 2007 Share Posted March 21, 2007 I've just installed JaS 10.4.8 on my Compaq c306 laptop - everything seems to be working, with the exception of sound and my wireless network. My wireless card is the Broadcom 4311. I tried the tutorial to get Broadcom cards working - it didn't do anything. There's no AirPort icon in the taskbar, and System Preferences > Network doesn't show any evidence of the card being present. My chipset is the Intel GMA950, if that matters. Has anyone gotten this wireless card working? Is there something I'm not doing? Any ideas are appreciated.
