Hello, i have changed my graphics card and then Mac don't wanna boot (video). I tried to do an update but after the installation, it's the same problem... I don't want to format beacause i have all my work on the partition (iLife '06 + iWork)... I changed from NVidia 6200 into NVidia 7600GT.

I also tried to boot with "-x" option and this is the same problem when i boot normally on the other hand with "-s" it boot but i dunno what to do... JaS 10.4.8 SSE2

First of all, it's not a mac it's a hack or Hacintosh :)

 

Please elaborate on how you went on upgrading your video card, step by step.

Did you edit the files to reflect the changes made?

Did you flush the kext cache?

I did nothing more just change the card, boot on Hackintosh and the message that says i must restart appears and i dunno how to flush the kext cache (and i don't know what this this is it :wallbash:)
