Novel Posted March 6, 2007 Share Posted March 6, 2007 (edited) Hello! I've got two problems. 1) No audio! I have onboard Realtek AC97, on the ASUS A8N-SlI Premium MOBO. I've tried 3 or 4 methods, and just don't feel like I know what I am doing :/ 2) I have a Saphire Radeon x850xt PCIe graphics card, and have not found one viable solution for enableing it. I am running 10.4.6 btw, on a home built computer (yes I built it) along side of Vista ^.^ and YES I have searched the forums! Any help would be perfect! Just remember, I'm new to this dual booting, and mac. Vipersfate Posted March 7, 2007 Share Posted March 7, 2007 I would recommend an upgrade to JaS's 10.4.8. It comes with Titan, and ATI drivers, and it also has some common audio drivers installed. I just installed this about 20 minutes ago. I have sound, Video (QE, CI enabled), and wireless outta the box (WMP54G PCI Card). guice Posted March 9, 2007 Share Posted March 9, 2007 I used JaS 10.4.8 and I had audio working out of the box. My board is an ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe. Not premium like yours, but close enough. I don't see much differing between the two boards on this topic. I have 10.4.8 JaS, and I unpacked all 261 files into an iso (which came out as a RAR but was recognized my ISO Burner) It says that its 4.37GB, so I burn it to a disk. Now in My Computer the disk only shows up as 482KB under properties. I tried two or three burns, and different copies of the .iso. Still the same result. I can install the software fine (with and without cpus=1) but when Acronis OS Selector comes up, OS X is shown as disconnected/not available....I think I might have missed a step somewhere, but I've been trying all sorts of things all day long Any know of a solution?
