My system is currently set up as follows

2 x 74GB Raptors in RAID 0 w/ XP Pro and Vista Ultimate

250GB SATAII HD w/ OS X running on it

To boot to OSX i have to go into the boot menu in bios and select the 250gb sata, can I make the osx drive boot w/ the vista bootloader

i would also like to install linux to the 250gb, how would i go about that

thanks in advance

First of all, that is a tetraboot, not a dual boot. Dual boot means that you're booting 2 operating systems, whereas booting 3 of them would be a tri boot, 4 would be tetraboot, 5 quintiboot, 6 hexiboot, 7 heptaboot, 8 octoboot, 9 nonaboot, 10 decaboot, etc.

Of course, you could just call it multibooting, where it can be applied to any number of operating systems.
