Dual boot means that you're booting 2 operating systems, whereas booting 3 of them would be a tri boot, 4 would be tetraboot, 5 quintiboot, 6 hexiboot, 7 heptaboot, 8 octoboot, 9 nonaboot, 10 decaboot, etc. Of course, you could just call it multibooting, where it can be applied to any number of operating systems.
