track09
Hello everyone. I discovered, that apparently, all gateway computers now have EFI, and use a BIOS string to boot MS windows. Since all my hardware is supported, do you think i can run OS X natively, update, and all that? mifki
If you read the forums, you'll find that i and some other people are working on bypassing the csm on intel made boards, we will expand this further when we have a working product for intel boards. P.S: CSM is a compatibility support module (aka a BIOS emulator) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/42545-i-have-efi/#findComment-304233 Share on other sites
