track09
Not easily, and not well. The AMD processor will require you to get an AMD patched version of the disc. (Not a big deal). Sound will work. Wireless probably won't work. You won't get accelerated graphics (which sucks) Sis chipsets have no support from OS X. Maybe you can possibly find some fixes to boot, but most likely disk problems, shutdown, startup, and usb might not work. Technobob
All current JaS releases have support for AMD Your video will work fine QE/CI/GL Your sound card should work Your Wi/Fi don't know you need to find the chipset it uses As for SiS chipset there is some support for it but it is limited Take the time and read up on your components on the Wiki http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page What brand of laptop do you have that will help us more? JaS
Try disabling the PCCard bus in the bios. Also try to disable USB lagacy support. Try booting -x . LaMaH
cant disable pccard bus or USB legacy support.. ive tried disabling my touchpad (PS/2) but thats as far as i can go with this bios.. also tried -x no work either.. ive read on other parts of the forum that it could be a PS2 related error, but that sounds odd since its complaining about an FPU error.. hmm? mkgiver
try this -You have to disable the IOPCCARD extension in order to boot. You can do easyly booting deadmoo from vmware... and accessing the disk from there ;-).
