Ferret-Simpson
I just bought a 15" TFT, G4 Graphite PowerMac (No idea which one) and a 12x12 Wacom Tablet. (Prices: 20 pounds, 91 pounds, and 35 pounds sterling. all inc VAT and delivey. ) I'm gonna hook the Wacom up to the G4 via PCI-PCMCIA PCMCIA - CF CF - RS232 RS232-Wacom Just to check people will think this works? There IS a reason behind this.
blackandblue
surely a plain usb to rs232 would be a better, if not awesomely boring way of connecting it, by comparison?
Ferret-Simpson
As I said, there's a reason. Using Serial to PCMCIA allows me to use the card and thus the Wacom in all my portables except the ibook, and also use them as a controller for UNIX workstations. USB has always been a pain in the ass for me with converters.
