dongiorgio
buy a macbook or macbook pro 100% working. iam also using an asus u5f with core2 but you will need to work on the power management because most pc laptops on battery mode runs much slower. regardsdongiorgio1959 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/40951-buying-a-business-laptop/#findComment-292546 Share on other sites

Ferret-Simpson
Yeah, comparable. Comparable is not identical, so it's not likely to work perfectly. Also, it's illegal to run OS X on a non-Apple computer. So be prepared to format your PC if you ever get checked for anything. realfolkblues
I was not asking for it to work out of the box. I'm just asking for a laptop that has known fixes. Postmastagen
Look at my specs in my sig: everything but Dual Core support (which is not work for almost any laptop), the int nic, and sleep are working. But WIFI, QE/CI on NVS, and Sound are working perfectly after fixes. My Latitude gets about ~4 hours of battery life with the extended 9-cell battery.
