There have been many suggestions, in one or two threads here and there.

The one I prefer (which you may not) is to select in mac a proper zone... well since there's always the daylight saving thing, I have to change it twice a year: presently it's set to London time zone; in next daylight saving change, I'll set it to "Ponta Delgada" time zone (a bit to the west, one time zone away from london).

That way, I'm always at the right time when switching.

Pros: very simple solution.

Cons: not your real time zone (if you're not british); have to change Twice a year (oh my, that's hard! :D )

Or you can use synching scripts that may have been given elsewhere to set bio's clock at each windows reboot.

Follow this for script

To get around this, there are 3 ways:

1) Get an app that sets the time off the internet

2) There is a batch script that can be run at startup to reset the time

3) There is a registry key that can be set, but this is an unsupported register and MS may change its behavior at any time, so this is not recommended.

This link takes you to two other links which discuss 2) and 3)

it's much easier when you just select another time zone on mac os x so that you clock gives the right time. Also make sure you unselect the 'correct time with time server' option in both os'. You have to try a bit with those time zones. It worked fine for me
