se1zure
First, let me apologize for re-asking this. I saw a thread a couple days ago, and have been searching for it with no prevail. I have a widescreen 22 in monitor, and this whole 1024 x 768 looks HORRIBLE. I would like to set the resolution to 1600 x 1050 I belive the answer was some terminal command or something. If you could just take a moment and retype it, I would much appriciate it. se1zure
ati radeon x1950 pro. NO drivers for mac yet, unfortunately, but I didn't think video card drivers were nessecary for just the resolution. There was some terminal command that did it, I just can't think of it. Kanji_Man
There is a program called SwitchResX that you can get here. It is a piece of shareware so it's not an ideal solution however it is a universal binary and I was able to use it to crank my hackintosh up to 2048x1536 resolution. I would like to find a better solution though.
