se1zure Posted January 7, 2007 Share Posted January 7, 2007 Hi there! I recently downloaded the newest Jas iso, and burned it to a dvd. I am using a core 2 duo machine. ANd I have 2 sata drives. 1 with windows, and 1 blank. What is the first stept o installing mac using this dvd onto the second, blank hard drive. Should I start by partitioning the drive to fat32? se1zure Posted January 7, 2007 Author Share Posted January 7, 2007 (edited) I have core 2 duo e6600 asus p5w dh deluxe mobo 2 x 1gb corsair ram and I already know my video card is not compatible w/ mac. (radion pro) WHat is step two? put int he dvd, and boot from it? then, format the entire drive in mac osx journaled? This {censored} is so confusign, I wish there was just a simple, step by step guide with photos or something.
