I don't want windows Anyway only things that I use are Internet, program to create php web pages, MSN (Adium) and wolf ET. OSX Has everything exept Wolf ET ... atleast for x200 video cards ... Azurael Posted February 6, 2007 Share Posted February 6, 2007 Wow, I am very surprised. The only place I have found the x200 is in sub $600 laptops and sub $400 desktops. Well maybe some of you folks who spent a thousand plus dollars on a system with x200 can kick in some case for rentacoder. I know my poor ass (what can I say donkeys don't make much money) can really afford to contribute much beyond time and testing. The MSI S270 12" Turion/Sempron subnotebook uses the X200, and the almost identical but DDR2/S1 (Turion X2) socket based S271 uses the X1100, a clocked up a die-shrunk version of the same chipset. Both of these machines can be configured for well over $600 in Europe, at least, and are fairly popular in the hacker/Linux scene. Help Us ! Save Us from the firewalled Windows craps ! Amen !
