Lowcash
Has anyone run into this problem? I have the JaS 10.4.8 Update SSE2 Intel Only, and i am have a clean and functioning install of 10.4.6 with SSE2 and the sound works (AC97_9751). I figures out how to make the sound work by not installing the 9220 in setup. I have managed to do this update with no issue before when the sound was not working, but not when it is. Don’t know if that is an issue or not. I also took out the GMA900 from the install also. However now when I try to install the 10.4.8 it crashes and I have to basically reinstall the OS over. Is there something I am doing wrong? Could I be installing this wrong, or incorrectly? nylock10
What do you mean it crashes, does it freeze or just quit? And when you need to reboot does it say "You need to restart your computer"? Lowcash
What do you mean it crashes, does it freeze or just quit? And when you need to reboot does it say "You need to restart your computer"? It just freezes up and or hangs with no activity. When I said reboot, I meant restart with no "You Need To Restart Your Computer".
