Arbitrary0984
Hi everyone, I’m trying to get macOS running on my build but I’m stuck with an iGPU issue. macOS only detects my Intel UHD Graphics 630 with 4 MB VRAM (no hardware acceleration). Animations are very laggy and graphics are jittery. My specs: CPU: Intel i3-10105 (Comet Lake, 4C/8T) Motherboard: Gigabyte H410M S2 V3 iGPU: Intel UHD 630 (no dGPU) SMBIOS: iMac20,1 Bootloader: OpenCore (latest release) What I’ve done so far: Added Lilu.kext and WhateverGreen.kext (latest versions). Tried injecting ig-platform-id values in config.plist. BIOS settings: DVMT Pre-Allocated 128M, IGFX as Initial Display Output (Not able to found this setting), Above 4G Decoding enabled. SMBIOS set to iMac20,1. But no matter what I try, macOS still shows Intel UHD 630 with only 4 MB VRAM. Below i Have provide my config.plist file And also add my efi . config.plist i3_10105.zip Edited September 12, 2025 by Arbitrary0984 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/361672-help-intel-uhd-630-igpu-only-showing-4-mb-vram-i3-10105-h410m-s2-v3/ Share on other sites

Arbitrary0984
Thanks for the earlier suggestions 🙏 I tried the recommended changes: Added device-id → 9B3E0000 under PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) Removed the -igfxvesa boot-arg Now, instead of 4 MB VRAM, macOS attempts to load the iGPU driver but I’m getting a black screen right after boot (system seems to keep running in the background). I’ve attached the latest boot logs for reference. Has anyone with Comet Lake UHD 630 (i3-10105) run into this? Should I try switching the ig-platform-id from 07009B3E to 00009B3E, or remove the framebuffer-stolenmem patch? Any guidance would be much appreciated 🙏 opencore-2025-09-13-060905.txt Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/361672-help-intel-uhd-630-igpu-only-showing-4-mb-vram-i3-10105-h410m-s2-v3/#findComment-2840555 Share on other sites
