@gravity25 Your config.plist shows that you are simultaneously enabling multiple Ethernet kexts.

Enable only one kext (I prefer IntelMausiEthernet.kext for Tahoe).  Also, your Ethernet kexts are old.  The versions you should be using are as follows:

In summary: Enable only ONE Ethernet kext in your config.plist.  I prefer IntelMausiEthernet.kext 2.5.5d0 for Tahoe.

It doesn't work for me Z370 AORUS Gaming 7... is there a conflict between using two networks in Tahoe?

@Oyecomova I don't have your motherboard to test, so I can only offer suggestions (as I did after finding errors in gravity25's config.plist).  If your EFI worked for Sequoia but not Tahoe, make sure that you have Kernel > Quirks > DisableIoMapper = True for Tahoe.  If that isn't it, try asking your questions here.

Thank you for the reply and suggestion. I followed your suggestion with both individually.  Still NO Ethernet.....

@gravity25 Interesting... what was the last version of macOS in which your I219V Ethernet worked?  Once you have enough posts (10 I think), you'll be able to post your questions in the Developer's thread here.

EDIT: Also, be sure to read the Developer's first post here.

Did you happen to update from an earlier version and do you happen to have little-snitch installed? .... I have the exact same issue I even installed an RTL8125 and still no ethernet. I d not have a Wifi card so I can not test BUT The issue could be that if Little Snitch was installed before update, the outdated network filter from Little Snitch interferes with the macOS network stack, causing it to block all connections and sometimes fail to recognize the Ethernet port

Just to follow up on this, I updated all opencore and al kexts and did a fresh install... Now I have ethernet. I had the exact issue as OP, I had LittleSnitch installed on the previous version. It hooks into the network stack and causes issues when updating. Anyone who reads this. If you have had little snitch... Try fresh.
