I borrowed my Sequoia drive from the 4700G, plugged it in and booted from the EFI attached earlier, I guess the installer was the issue. NootRX is working fine with the 6700XT. I've tested it, and BT still works on Sonoma but on Sequoia it doesen't. Even with the latest nightly build.
