Installing MAC OSX on Dell 5290

I have a Dell 5290 and I would like to install MAC OSX ( Big Sur) on to it however I am not having much luck, My device spec is as follows:

Dell 5290 - 2 in 1

16GB Ram,

Intel 620 Graphics

256GB SSD,

My first attempt was to format the USB stick to FAT32, Download and copy over the installer (com.apple.root.recovery folder to the root on USB) then i download the kirby lake - R EFI and copied that to the USB root folder. Restarted laptop and boot into the USB where I see the option to install MAC OSX HOWEVER a large amount of white text appears then it hangs and nothing.

If someone can help point me in the right direction, i also download the 5290 - CLOVER - Master files as per another post online but i'm not entirely sure what to do.

Kind Regards
