DazzboDuck
Hi all I accidently clicked on File Vault encrypt while installing an app when the app asked for permissions to install dam security in Mojave. I restarted the computer after installation and now I don't even see the apple logo under clover bootloader. I tried my recovery USB and it tried to boot after a multi language warning that the computer was shut down due to a problem. File Vault was running when the computer shutdown, Help !! Any ideas to try would be really grateful. Allan
You can try edit the USB stick with Clover removing and adding some .efi drivers on it Browse to CLOVER/drivers/UEFI and delete the following files if they exist. SMCHelper.efi UsbKbDxe.efi UsbMouseDxe.efi ApfsDriverLoader.efi Now, copy the following files from AppleSupportPkg to CLOVER/drivers/UEFI. AppleGenericInput.efi ApfsDriverLoader.efi AppleUiSupport.efi VboxHFS (If you don't already have HFSPlus.efi) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/356557-file-vault-started-in-macos-mojave-now-cannot-boot-from-clover/#findComment-2804172 Share on other sites
