Fortitude Posted January 7, 2023 Share Posted January 7, 2023 (edited) This might sound farfetched, but it could be a cable problem. How are you connecting to your external monitor? Perhaps you need to replace your cable with something that has a higher bandwidth. (i.e. if you’re using an HDMI 1.4 cable and actually need an HDMI 2.0 cable) I recommend looking at the Insignia cables from Best Buy. I suppose another possible cause could be that the iGPU isn’t performing at it’s full potential, and isn’t delivering the proper bandwidth when you scroll down a webpage.
