Config: AMD Athlon 64 x2 5200+ ASUS M2N-MX Sapphire HD 2600XT DDR4 256Mb 1GB RAM SATA HDD Toshiba 500GB P.S. The only thing that makes sense is either to install Yosemite 10.5.x or El Capitan 10.11.x, then Mac OSX will detect your graphics card by default without requiring a patched DSDT. In addition, you must use an "amd kernel" for older AMD CPUs. Since your CPU has no SSE4.1 instructions, the maximum is "El Capitan 10.11.6". Sierra 10.12.* will not work with your CPU.
