Can't accept new terms and conditions in App Store (blank screen)

I wanted to update Logic Pro X from App Store. Therefore I needed to accept the new terms an conditions:

 

 

But after clicking "OK", The rotating loading icon is visible for a second or so, but then I only get a blank screen:

 

 

Any idea how to fix this? It occurs on Big Sur and Monterey.

Try using these DNS servers in network preferences:

1.1.1.1

8.8.8.8

Thanks. But this didn't fix it unfortunately. I already deleted the prefs plist and the app's cache as well.

 

At the moment I have no idea what causes this.

 

For now, I worked around the issue by downloading the app on my ivy bridge notebook which uses the same network. No issues at all.

 

EDIT: I undid the DNS changes and downloaded a free app from the app store. The terms and conditions dialog appeared again and this time, text was displayed and I could accept the changes. Still no idea what and why this was an issue but it's resolved.
