In the future, is it possible for OpenCore to start other systems without modifying the SMBIOS of Windows (such as Clover)?

It already is possible to not change the SMBIOS for windows. If you set PlatformInfo->UpdateSMBIOSMode=Custom and Kernel->Quirks->SmbiosCustomGUID=true, it won't affect windows.

Is it CustomSMBIOSGuid? I can't find the option SmbiosCustomGUID.

I would have thought that it would NOT change the SMBIOS in windows and ONLY do so if booting Mac.

Well that's the way it should work

It's mostly about having a consistent environment, especially if your kicked out of booting macOS for some reason. Also, OpenCore does most of it's ACPI and SMBIOS work before you even get to the menu. D.F talks about it here: https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/341402-customized-opencore-with-additional-features/page/2/

Hi, @pananning

Can you change the title of the thread into English?

Sorry, it was English at first, but I don't know why it became Chinese. Now I don't know how to edit it.

I'm very sorry, it has been edited.
