Guest 5T33Z0
I installed macOS Mojave on my Notebook since I want a 32 bit compatible System. But every time I boot I get this message: I also have Monterey installed on the same disk on a different partition. And I never get this pop up when I boot. It boots from the same EFI basically just using a slightly different config to match the requirements for Monterey. Am I misisng a kext or driver or something or is it that mojave can't handle the newer APFS container that monterey is on? Cyberdevs
As far as I know the APFS versions in macOS Big Sur and Monterey are not backwards compatible with Mojave (and maybe even Catalina) that's why you get the Incompatible Disk notification. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/348712-incompatible-disk-pop-up-after-booting/#findComment-2765356 Share on other sites
