I have this very annoying issue.

My system is working without problems for a couple of weeks then, all of a sudden ( usually after going into sleep ) it can no longer boot.

It gets stuck on this line: busy timeout

Sorry for bad quality image. This happens already 3d time! Can you imagine how annoying this is.

All I can do now is attempt fresh install ( never mind losing all the data) from my install USB.

However when I try to run the installer again in get stuck on : unexpected session

I have no idea what is going on and what is causing it! Almost ready to give up on it :(

Thank you for any advice on what is causing this and how to prevent this in the future?

Working USB is not the same as USB mapping. I think you don't read all the guide right?

There's a lot more to do, look some:

  1. Desktop Comet Lake
  2. Optimizing Power Management
  3. Fixing Sleep

Thanks I will try that and come back.

But at what point of time should I do this? Post install? And then mounting the EFI with Propertree and adding some new changers?

BTW, those output lines I always get this panic on, or whatever that is, do they actually say anything useful?
