Apple Bluetooth Keyboard (MC184LL/A) is behaving strange.

On system start/ restart, the keyboard works fine. If I put the system to sleep, upon wake up the keyboard is not identified nor can I pair it. But if I put the computer to sleep again and upon wake the keyboard is fully operational.

I have tried the following:

Deleted /Library/Preference all the Bluetooth related .plist.
Deleted /.Library/Preference all the Bluetooth related .plist.
no success

Tried to reset the module, as well as factory reset, no success either.

In OpenCore 0.6.9, tried
USBInjectAll kext and xhciportlimit set to True
Discover ports using USBMap tool, plugging in a USB 3/USB 2 hub to map ports
Select SS and HS ports so total is under 15
Create Kext of new USB map
Remove USBInjectAll kext and replace with USBMap kext, update config.plist
Set xhciportlimit to False
Reboot

no success

Have also tried to change S2/ S3 state in BIOS for USB. no success

Logitech mouse connected to the USB via its own receiver works flawless throughout.

For port mapping followed: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Post-Install/usb/intel-mapping/intel.html

Any other solution possible?

I don't know what to answer, I have an Apple bluetooth keyboard and it works fine when it comes out of sleep. From what I see, you have already tried many things and the problem has not been fixed. I hope someone who reads the post contributes something to help you.
