This motherboard has Realtek RTL8111H Gigabit LAN, it must work fine with RealtekRTL8111.kext, I don't see anything wrong in your files. Sorry for the question: are you sure yo have enabled Ethernet in BIOS config?
Wocek Derejczyk 1
I'm sure - it works on Linux. @Hervé Dortania guide describes recovery method only. Edited March 30 by Wocek Derejczyk

In Advanced Ethernet Preferences, switch from Automatic to Manual and choose 1000baseT. It gets fixed?
Slice 6,946
@Wocek Derejczyk Are you sure you have latest version of RealtekRTL8111.kext? Version 2.2.1 (2016-03-12): Added support for RTL8111H.
Wocek Derejczyk 1
My kext is the newest version 2.4.0 @miliuco I haven't got any acces to this setting - I'm trying to install MacOS, but I was trying to change it via shell (doesn't work). Now I wonna try to install Catalina and (maybe) downgrade OC. Edited March 30 by Wocek Derejczyk
Wocek Derejczyk 1
Okay, I got weird info. Catalina installer in network utility detects my Realtek chip, but says: - Hardware Address [displayed properly] - IP Address: Unkown - Link Status: Inactive - Vendor: Realtek - Model: RTL8111H/8168H

So do yo have Ethernet working? It would be a good idea to comment something else. How it has been solved? To look at the EFI folder. To know what changes have worked. This way you can help others with the same motherboard.
Wocek Derejczyk 1
Yes, Ethernet works - otherwise I won't be able to install MacOS. I can't paste my config just now, but I want to do this.
