As the title says, I have installed an Fenvi T919, in my GA z390 I Aorus Pro Wifi, this motherboard only have an PCIE x 14 slot and the manufacturer of the Fence card says that it work in that slot, but for me only work Bluetooth.

The card is recognized in system preferences but says it's not installed as you can see in the pictures below.

Can anyone help me solve this?

Thanks in Advance

Thanks @Hervé,

I removed the card and exchanged it for a Broadcom Bcm94360cs2 but sometimes this card give me problems, the sound is stuttering in my AirPods or paired with my HK bluetooth speaker... that was the reason that I bought an Fenvi - T919, but in the end it never worked because I think the culprit is my PCIe Slot x16, although my BCM is in that slot...

I removed the intel wifi from the motherboard, but is a CNVI slot, for that reason I'm stuck for the moment or until I am able to install macOS in a Asus TUF Z390M Gaming, that I bought because that board as more PCIe slots and I think the fenvi card will work with it...
