warped1 Posted November 25, 2006 Share Posted November 25, 2006 I had the problem described with the DVDRom on the second chain. I moved it to the slave on the 1st and the problem went away. Later I replaced the cable to the DVDROM and could use it on the 2nd IDE without issue. Wierd thing is windows didn't care. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
