That was also a problem I had and the way I found around it was show all hidden files by pressing Command Key, Shift and the Full Stop Key together then empty the trash. If it does not empty right away, on reboot the Trash will be empty - A bit of a PITA but hopefully will be fixed in the coming releases. Hope it helps. y010204025 Posted September 8, 2019 Share Posted September 8, 2019 Open the terminal and type: sudo rm -rf ，Pull the trash file or folder to the terminal, press Enter, and enter the password to delete it.
