Andres ZeroCross
I make this thread to update Kernel Patch to prevent Long Cache Kernel Panic, so we can read clearly log of Kernel Panic. i forgot about author of this patch first,, if i am not wrong it come from @vit9696. So i make this thread and continue to check kernel for every update, so people can use it to diagnose problem of kernel panic. Another input is welcome to update this thread Step : 1. Make sure you use "debug=0x100" and "-v" as boot argument, to prevent reboot when kernel panic and see verbose log 2. Open Config.plist with Clover Configurator.app and go to Kernel and Kext Patches then select KernelToPatch. Then fill column with this value below, High Sierra 10.13.6 Build 17G65 Find : 8A0284C07444 Replace : 8A0284C0EB44 MatchOS : 10.13.6 Note : You can leave MatchOS as blank, so clover will patch it without check MatchOS first ===================== Mojave 10.14.1 Build 18B75 Find : 8A0284C07442 Replace : 8A0284C0EB42 MatchOS : 10.14.1 Note : Note : You can leave MatchOS as blank, so clover will patch it without check MatchOS first 10.14.4 Build 18E226 (Still Work until 10.14.5 Beta 4 Build 18F127a) Find : 8A0284C07447 Replace : 8A0284C0EB47 MatchOS : 10.14.4 Note : You can leave MatchOS as blank, so clover will patch it without check MatchOS first Now, after you put this patch, you can clearly see the kernel panic log like PRevious macOS / OS X Version. No need to Record video, or record video in slow motion. It will stop in Kernel Panic log,, take a photo and give it to Dev or people that want to help you. @Allan , i can't find suitable sub forum for my thread. Is this right subforum?? Take a look at this picture below as sample, *Sorry for bad english Edited May 4, 2019 by Andres ZeroCross 2
