Mojave Shutdown results in restart & USB 3.0 ports not working

Hello everybody...

This is my Build
Core i7 6700K Skylake CPU.
MSI Z170A Gaming M5 Motherboard.
MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X GPU.
Corsair Vengence DDR4 16GB 2333Mhz.
Samsung 850 Evo 1TB SSD. (Running Mojave from Partition)
Samsung 970 Evo 250GB nVME (Windows 10)

 

 

So whenever i shutdown the System it results in a Restart greeting with me an Error on the desktop. I have also configured the shutdownFix in the config.plist but still have no luck with the shutdown.

also the USB 3.0 ports are not working when connecting a 3.0 Device but works when connected with a USB 2.0 Cable
