Kernel Panic on shutdown

[Garrosh]

The computer works fine but I have two problems I can't see how to fix:

• It crashes when I try to shutdown / reboot the system.
• The case fans start increasing the speed up to 100% once the OS is booted, making the computer very noisy. It's so noisy I'm starting to think about unplugging them.

 

The system specs are:

• Motherboard: Gigabyte H370 HD3
• CPU: Intel i7 8700
• GPU: Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX Vega 56
• Case: Fractal Design Define R6 EATX

Ok, the fan problem was something really stupid, I forgot to copy the fake sensors kexts (although for some reason the GPU die reports always 127º, even with the RadeonVega56AirCoolingFansFix.kext).

 

The kernel panic, on the other hand, I've been unable to fix it. I tried following the "edit DSDT" part of this guide, replacing the SSDT-UIAC.aml and SSDT.aml files I already had in ACPI/patched with the SSDT-GPRW.aml but the problem remains. This is my new config.plist.

 

Update: looks like the fan problem isn't 100% fixed. If I run a game the fans speed increases, which is understandable, but they never go back to their original speed once I close the game.

I've tried to follow this guide to make my own DSDT buy when I try to run the iasl command: 

iasl -da -dl -fe refs.txt DSDT.aml SSDT*.aml

It ends with a segmentation fault error:
