marvelloard Posted November 19, 2018 Share Posted November 19, 2018 Hi, I was able to install High Sierra on my old setup just fine (Q9500, EP45-DS3L, 650Ti, 8GB RAM, SSD). It bootet without any problems once I applied the ICH10 patches. Now I tried to install Mojave. Installation was fine, but after a reboot the system crashes on start. ICH10 patch still active. carlo_67 Posted November 19, 2018 Share Posted November 19, 2018 once installed on the disk just replace it in S/L/UserEventPlugins / com.apple.telemetry.plugin with that of High Sierra task permits and rebuild the cache com.apple.telemetry.plugin.zip that cpu does not support mojave instructions, and every update must be restored to the .plugin 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Does that mean 10.14.2+ could potentially screw this machine completely because other services might use unsupported instructions in further updates too?
