superkona
I've got 6 years worth of emails from Outlook 2002 on my XP machine. I'd like to be able to import my mailbox and rules if possible. What is my best bet for an outlook replacement in OSX ? I looked at the MS site for Office 2004 for Mac & saw a download for importing PST files but it was only for importing from previous mac version of office. running 10.4.8 osx86 Thanks! Hi, I had the same problem and if you come from Outlook 2002 you should meet an app called office2mac. I tried all the other suggestions I found with google and imho office2mac is maybe not the only way to go, but the most comftable. http://www.littlemachines.com/ And I would take Apple's Mail. Definitely. Entourage is not that bad, but once you discover the slick and easy interface of mail (powerful althrough) I think you will get away with that. One big minus of entourage is also that it is still ppc, so it is not really a Schumacher.
sev7en
Microsoft Entourage is a great one by Microsoft but I suggest you to give a try to Mozilla Thunderbird: it's always updated, opensource and Universal Binary!

Litespeed
wait, antivirus for pc or mac? os x doesnt need an antivirus as of now. No, but antivirus software on his XP machine might be preventing the O2M from harvesting emails.
