I installed OSX86 on this machine:

Celeron D 330J

intel D915GAV

768mb RAM

80GB HD - 12 6.4GB partitions...

Installation was a breeze, just like in any Mac, but now I need to expand the main partition, how do I do that?

I was just about to post the same question. I now have my PC/Mac running. No real issues apart from lack of DVD playback and Safari not having flash (safari crashes if using rosetta whatever that is). Firefox gets around the safari problem, although I prefer safari.

Biggest issue, that dam 6GB partition!!!!! Can't install anything useful with that. I have tried VolumeWorks and iPartition, neither will let me resize the partition, I am guessing the OSX86 disk access drivers don't allow direct access? That would follow the line causing DVD playback issues. I'm really at a loss of what to do. One idea is to attach the disk to a windows machine and use PartitionMagic to expand it, think it would work with a MacOS partition?

No, this is a VERY well worked-over topic, and there are a whole load of methods, but no direct means of expanding the partition. Mac tools expect a Mac partition table & Windows tools can't expand HFS+.

For workarounds, see above and try searching this forum.

God I just hate people like you who constantly moan and tell people to search the forum. Obviously I have searched and I as simply carrying on conversation with the thread starter as he had no responces. Thanks for the link though, I didn't know there was a wiki.
