Hi,

i have installed successfully High Sierra with Clover Ver.4210 on an external  USB Disk with GUID option

I didn't want to mess with Mbr patch for the moment.

It went all fine and High Sierra boots ( I have installed AppleHDA patch and HD3000 fix for QE/CI too)

The issue is that during High Sierra boot process the are some message about Disks01 I/O error and when I arrive at the desktop I cannot access to my internal disk partitioned with MBR and

with Windows / OSX Lion/ OSX Mlion/ OSX Mavericks /OSX Yosemite/ OSX El Capitan and Mac OS Sierra partitions.

From Sierra I can access to all the others partitions .

From High Sierra I cannot access my internal disk drive.

At boot time from Clover I can boot to my internal partition , so what hell is ... the problem ?

Does anyone have the same issue and have find out how to resolve it ...

Thanks

Thanks Snifferdog for your hint !

Now High Sierra sees all my partitions. :)

BTW i decide to use a different approach

I copied the bin from AppleAHCIPort vers. 238 into MACOS folder of AppleAHCIPort vers. 239.

Then I have reinstalled the modified AppleAHCIPort vers. 239 in  /S/L/E . and it works !!

Now I would like to search what is changed in the bin of vers.239 which denies the mount process for the other disk/partition.

Bad, Bad, Bad Apple, Why did you do so ? Never Do it Again !!!

If I can get the right code, we will patch onthefly with clover

See Ya
