MOCKBA80 Posted August 6, 2017 Share Posted August 6, 2017 (edited) I am having no luck with ALC 892 audio on ASRock H87M PRO4. Fresh install + ##### [Clover on EFI + IntelE1000 driver for ethernet + ALC 892 support] works fine without audio. I have tried toleda's CloverALC120 script with no luck either. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Also, does PS2Keyboard suppose to work with Sierra. What kexts do I need to enable it? Allan Posted August 7, 2017 Share Posted August 7, 2017 Remove any modified kexts for audio, just keep the vanilla kexts, after that, repair the disk permissions and the system cache. And donwload and install Lilu + AppleALC kext. Read the links of the topics, and see how you can install and use it. MOCKBA80 Posted August 8, 2017 Author Share Posted August 8, 2017 Lilu+AppleALC did work when placed in /L/E and so did PS2 kexts that I downloaded from somewhere. I couldn't get it to work from /EFI/CLOVER/.../kexts. Should it? I have another problem that I couldn't figure out how to fix. My drive is a pull from MBP with Win 10 on BOOTCAMP partition. It does boots properly in MBP and Clover is present, however when I try to boot it in ASRock H87M PRO4 board boot loader goes to Windows boot loader and I don't see Clover and thus have to boot with a Clover from another drive. Any idea how to make the drive boot Clover as opposed to Win 10? I suspect this is the root of kext in /EFI/CLOVER/.../kexts not working for me. Thanks.
