megamaster Posted July 16, 2017 Share Posted July 16, 2017 I just tried to update a Sierra hackintosh to High Sierra, checking the update to APFS checkmark and now after the install, I cannot get to clover and when connecting the disk to a windows pc, it just sees unallocated space. Has the High Sierra installer just wiped the whole disk? Are there issues when using APFS with an MBR disk? PippoX0 Posted July 17, 2017 Share Posted July 17, 2017 You have to copy apfs.efi to Clover folder to boot the new file System. Without it, Clover doesn't see apfs partition. Search on forum for how to install apfs driver.
