appunu
I have a three SSD's. 1 - WIndows 2 - Fully working Sierra Installation 3 - Test Sierra Installation On 2 and 3 I have clover installed on their EFI. My boot disk is 2 and on the clover GUI the config file from 2 is loaded as it has to be. When I boot 3 clover considers config from 2 and load the kexts from 2. I would like to know how I can split their configs and load appropriate config/kexts from EFI for 3 ? Cyberdevs
You can Install clover on both macOS hard disks with different settings, you can boot from each one separately but as far as I know you can't split the config.plist into two files for loading different configs and kexts. You can either boot from each drive individually or simply put clover for your testing os on an USB drive and boot from it OR edit config.plist as system boots with clover boot options whenever you need, like adding extra flags and setting which is a bit hard and time consuming. I personally have USB drive with my testing settings on it and whenever I want to test something I boot from that drive. if you were using a different kind of OS, say El Capitan and macOS Sierra you could use a single config.plist with two different sets of kexts for each OS but since both of the OSes you are using are the same version it's not possible.
