URBANsUNITED
Just recognized something... Didn't close the lid, wanted to set the sleep mode by the dropdown menu (apple logo) screen gone black and 20 sec. later it pops up in fully brightness back to desktop. So, it has nothing to do with the lid. It's a general sleep issue...

URBANsUNITED
Several new issues: Sleep by lid doesn't work now completely Every second boot, the screen dims to black while booting and can't bright up again. have to shut down Screen dims while switching from verbose to desktop, where the Apple logo pops up and the bar fills Is this still necessary? SSDT-IGPU.aml used ssdtPRGen.sh to create my SSDT - ok? Maybe I'll do a fresh install... the cosmetics in about thismac/pci is ok? Yeah, like that!!! MaLd0n
it's common in sierra, ACPI errors - it is common to see these in 10.12 with this new version of AppleACPIPlatform.kext. Older versions of OS X didn't do checks like this. AE_NOT_FOUND means the referred ACPI Entity is missing
