macmaniac
Don't hate me because I'm beautiful. Hate me because my install DVD works. Well, it does. Others must have working installs. Post here. I started with a totally fresh install this time. I had to install the sigmatel pkg from the JaS 10.4.6. I had to install the wireless support pkg from JaS 10.4.6 After these patches, I used onyx to repair permissions, run maintenance, and update prebindings. Rosetta works. Sound works (the usual "wrong" jack) iSight works (took my picture for my account - photo booth isn't working for some reason) Airport Extreme (via Belkin WirelessG) is working No crashing. About This Mac works. Processor 4Ghz Unknown Machine Name Mac ( no longer jMac - *sniff*) Processors 1 Cores 2 Correctly reports all connected USB and SATA devices Thanks JaS. You RoCK. EDIT: Using Mifki kernel.
